From 12 to 17 March 2018 a workshop on quality assurance and accreditation took place in Dresden. The points for discussion included the coordination of the education process and management, the preconditions and organization of the accreditation process and the conditions and timetable of the transfer to the partner universities.

The modules that had been developped were taken over by TSULBP, KhSU and DSU during the academic year 2017/2018. Each of the regional partners took over at least 2 modules and implemented them into their existing programs of area studies.
The second run was a regular run of the Master degree program at NTU. Students for the second run were selected by Tajik experts and an European expert.
